Registration
Registration was available via the University of Strathclyde's online shopping system for credit card payments:
If you wish to use a different payment method please contact the conference organisers.
Registration fees are £195 for students and £295 for others. The registration fee includes most lunches (x3), tea/coffee breaks, and the conference dinner. The registration fee is for registrations made up to 21st June 2013. There will be a late fee for registrations after 21st June (£50).
Guest registration (£85) for persons accompanying meeting attendants is also available through the online system. This includes guest attendance at the opening evening welcome reception, the poster and wine evening, and the conference dinner.
University campus housing is now available to book via the link on the Accommodation page. This can then be done at any time, however, campus housing is limited.
A number of selected hotels within Glasgow are now available to book by clicking through the link on the Accommodation page. However, we cannot guarantee that this will provide the cheapest possible option, so it may be worthwhile shopping around.
Cancellations:
- Conference registrations: For cancellations up until 30th June 2013, we will reimburse the registration fee (minus a cancellation fee of £30). Please contact us at info@isv2013.org.
- Campus housing: For cancellations of university rooms please contact the University of Strathclyde Accommodation Office directly.
